Lemon yellow pigment foil is composed of 4 layers of different materials, such as: base film layer, peeling layer, colored layer, and adhesive layer. Through the Cylinder foiling machines,platen automatic and clamshell foiling machines, the pigment foil is heated by the hot stamping plate, the peeling layer is melted, and then the adhesive layer is also melted. During embossing, the adhesive layer adheres to the substrate, the colored layer separates from the base layer of the polyester sheet, and the colored layer remains on the substrate, making the pattern brighter, clearer and more beautiful to enhance the quality of the product.
